Grow taller has a lot to do with age. If you are still within the growing age then perhaps you can add a few inches by eating a balanced diet and leading an active life. A nutritious diet that includes fruits and vegetables, dairy, cereals, meat, and plenty of water will aid the natural process for enhancing height. A good and proper night's sleep is also essential for the growth process. Taking part in active sports along with some stretching exercises can have a cumulative effect on human growth.
Unfortunately, eating a balanced diet and leading an active life will not add a few inches to your height, even if this is done during the "growing age." Unless you have been starving yourself most of your life, or sticking to a strict diet of Twinkies and cupcakes alone for your entire life, it is highly doubtful that you have stunted your growth in any significant way, or that you can improve your chances of being taller. Your overall height is almost totally a direct result of genetics. Sorry. Good posture, good eating habits, and good sleep will definitely help you to maximize your overall potential. But honestly, the difference would be almost immeasurable Muscle mass, bone density, and health can definitely be improved by some of these external measures. Good luck!!
JAwwad: hey ... eat steaks and chicken and get ur your grains and veggies ... also drink a lot of milk ... eggs aswell . After breakfast go for a run for 10 - 15 min and come back inside and stretch ur back and legs and neck ... my bud grew 5 inches in 3 months no lie...........

Using weights isn't going to help you grow taller. The milk was a good idea, but it will only help so much. Continuing eating properly and you might grow somewhat more. However, it is likely you will simply remain at or around that height for the rest of your life.
Drinking plenty of soy milk everyday will not make you taller. Your height will e determined by the genes you inherit from your parents.
