Saltine crackers and ginger ale help me. Definitely stay away from milk. Lack of protein makes nausea worse, so snacking on peanuts or almonds should help as well. Staying calm, sitting down and drinking plenty of water are all great things to do when you have nausea.

Well, the main link between coffee and nausea is the caffeine, which is acidic and can irritate the stomach, especially if the stomach is empty. If you don't already, drink your coffee with or after a meal, so as to buffer the acidic affect. If that doesn't help, try pepto-bismal or another OTC nausea reliever. If THAT doesn't help, you should see a doctor, because it could mean deeper problems.
