Noo
the actual car is not fast, it is the human driving that decides to make it go "fast"
the transmission makes it go fast
drive the car, it should drive smooth with no jerks or noises. check for leaks. if manual, start driving in second gear, it should be able to go, even if not very fast. (make sure to give lots of gas)
As fast as you can make it go or wanna make it go but there are limits.
Yes. You will go very slow since most diesel engines make low rpm's. If you mate a gasoline engine to a diesel transmission you will go very fast since most gasoline engines make high rpm's. Transmission adapter plates and other modifications can be made but be prepared to fail
Transmission gears change engine speed to wheel speed so your car can go fast or slow efficiently. What they do: Low gears: Strong pull for starting/hills High gears: Fast cruising, better gas mileage Reverse gear: Go backwards Simple version: They let your engine work at the right speed for every driving situation.
Depends on the year, transmission, gearing, etc...
shifts normal with normal driving conditions when driving hard transmission stalls.have to ease off gas to go to next gear
as fast as you can make it go or if you get pulled along by a car on 1 you can go as fast as the car can go
225 mi
