No, as cell respiration (anaerobic and aerobic), both need the seeds to be alive.
Germination dry pea seeds if they are soaked into water for few 24 hours are taken out and excess water is removed & that the seeds are kept covered with a wet cloth and wait for 2 to 3 days. The peas start germinating in this way but If the seeds are kept continuously under water the seeds will fail to respire and die. I hope that i have answered your question :-)
Seeds are stored in an airtight container to keep the seeds dry. If the seeds absorb moisture in the air, the seeds may begin to germinate.
When doing exercise/a physical activity. I hope this is what you were looking for!
Bushnwillow seeds are dispersed by wind because of it`s light
It is how animals respire, or breathe. We humans respire with lungs. Not all animals have lungs. For example, fish have gills, which they use to respire. Frogs breathe through their skin. All mammals (animals with hair) have lungs though, so they breathe like we do.
Yes, because seeds respire anaerobically.
Seeds will not grow in dry soil.

If you don't dry the seeds, they will rot from the moisture. Rotten seeds will not grow plants, and they will not taste good.
NO when you dry a banana you can see the seeds and plant them.
To dry the seeds off
In the oven
because dry seeds are dormant and have a very low metabolic rate (as opposed to a germinating seed)
Vertebrates like amphibians respire through skin though they have lungs and invertebrates like earthworm, leeches also respire through skin. To respire through skin it must be kept moist always. If you dry the skin in above all animals, they will die.
Certain seeds (like cress or grass) need little to grow, but they do need water. That is why your seeds wont grow on dry cotton wool.
Seeds need moisture to germinate, and seed packets are dry.
