You are dealing with sellers-not the site. Sellers can no longer solicit, but are allowed to accept them if a buyer asks (but don't have to) Ask seller in question before you buy since they will have to send you their addy. Sellers prefer USPS mo's since can cash instantly. Most sellers will not turn down a sale. they mark paid upon receipt & then ship.

eBay doesn't restrict to deliver to Pakistan but the manufactures. If manufacturer is ok with the delivery, eBay won't have reservations and will deliver at your desired destination.
