Sugar causes the insulin levels to rise, and then the insulin gets busy story excess blood sugar as fat. Eat less sweet and higher cocoa chocolate. It is delicious but a little less likely to cause a binge; at least that's true for me.

No . Minerals and vitamins do not make you fat.(though some vitamins are fat soluble. ie. they require fats to get absorbed ) On the other hand eating fruits and vegetables which contain vitamins instead of junk foods helps us to become thin or remain in shape.

This is more not good for you, than good for you, this is because depending what milk your using 2 out of 3 milk types do have fat in them. Also this added to chocolate makes this worse. But if you used red top milk then it wouldn't be as bad for you but this milk isn't going to work as it is too thin to make the chocolate milk.
