does the same organism always react to the same stimulus at the same way
Chemically isotopes (excepting H,D,T) are identical.
they are grouped in the same family because they react, behave, and act in the same way.
The atoms of the elements in the same group have the same number of valence electrons. This means that they react with other elements in a similar way. For example group 1. All the atoms in group 1 react with water and oxygen, so they have to be kept in paraffin-oil. Another example is group 18. They don't react with anything. The atoms of the same row have the same electron shells.
It is natures little way of telling you not to put alcohol on your scrotum.

Yes, it slows the way you think and react way down hence altering your way of thinking.
Answer#1The alcohol, being less dense will float on top. They do not react. This answer is nonsense. Alcohol and bleach will mix, and they react, but not in a way that will kill you. Alcohol is less dense than water or bleach (water plus sodium hypochlorite) but alcohol and water do mix... mixed drinks, anyone?
Many people would react the same way if there was natural destruction.

no alcohol does not affect all people in the same way. if you are taking medication, and assuming you are drinking with the medication it would very unprodictable what you were about to do next?? but for others you could just be having a fun night with friends, a social get together or even a life style you choose to live? it can afffect everyone in diffrent ways.
Isopropyl alcohol has a rather strong alcohol smell. If you were to smell regular alcohol and smell 70% Isopropyl alcohol you would have the same smell. However, there is no general way to explain it other than a strong bitter and sometimes sweet smell. It depends on solely your olfactory membranes. Smell's are after all different to everyone.
Not everyone has the superhuman abilities. Not everyone is talented in the same way.
