Because I eat too much unhealthy food and don't exercise much, meaning the excess energy is stored as fat. This means that although I'm a 14 year old boy, the excess fat means I weigh a lot and that my belly is big, soft and wobbly. The fat is also stored mainly on my thighs, hips and a lot on my buttocks. But, everyone has some fat for insulation and cushioning. Because fat is soft and wobbly, my belly butt and thighs wobble when I walk, but this isn't necessary to the body. So, basically, you need fats, but not loads of them

Yes, it's normal for a 14-year-old boy to have some fat in the belly, thighs, and buttocks, as this is part of natural growth and development during puberty. Body composition varies widely among individuals, and hormonal changes can lead to shifts in fat distribution. A 14 year old girl loses belly fat the same way every other human being loses belly fat. She watches her diet, and stays away from sugar and empty calories, eats a well balanced diet full of vegetables, whole grains and fruit, and she exercises. She also makes sure to get enough sleep, and steers clear of alcohol, smoking, and anything else that damages her health/fitness. Aerobic exercise is vital to flat abdominals. This means running, jogging, doing aerobics, riding a bike, jumping on a trampoline, using a treadmill, etc etc. There are many ways to get a good cardio workout, and you absolutely must if you want to achieve that firm belly. In addition to this, of course you want to do exercises that focus on your abdominals and help to strengthen your core. Crunches, Pilates and Yoga moves..again..many ways to achieve this.
