I would say yes, i have been experimenting with make-up and hair. One of my experiments was if you could put eyeshadow in lipbalms or lipgloss. It depends on the eyeshadow as well. Alot of eyeshadows have chemicals in them which is what makes them the bright colors, etc. But i would be careful with what kind of eyeshadow you put in your lipbalm :)
