firestar has only the nine lives given to him. he will die eventually. people are saying that he will be reincarnated like Cinderpelt but the only reason she was, was because Tigerclaw, or Tigerstar, ruined her chances of being a Warrior and her dream of being one.

Yes. Firestar dies in Warriors, Omen of The Stars: The Last Hope. After fighting and killing Tigerstar, the tree behind him is struck by lightning and smoke billows over him and after the smoke clears, Firestar is found dead after dying from his wounds (as confirmed by Erin Hunter).

Answer:As of the fifth book, Long Shadows, in the third series, The Power of Three, Firestar isn't dead and has five of his nine lives left, although, in an online chat, Erin Hunter claimed that he has lost more than you think. There are rumors that he will die in the fourth series but there is an even more popular rumor that he will die in the first book of the fourth series. And, even though Brambleclaw is deputy, there is another rumor that he won't become Bramblestar.
