No... The only thing that will make your car less noticeable to radar is the Classified compound applied to the military's F-117 'stealth fighter' and B-2 'stealth bomber'. I'm sorry to say, I don't think that's available on the market yet.
In practice flights it was unpainted but the flat black paint actually flies 75 degrees Fahrenheit cooler than an unpainted airframe and also the black paint has some radar absorbing qualities.
Flat black paint.
Yes, enamel paint will go over flat paint.
I LIKE FLAT PAINT. IT IS CHEAPER AND EASIER TO CLEAN. TEXTURED PAINT IS HARDER TO CLEAN BECAUSE OF THE GROOVES IT CREATES. THIS IS WHY I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FLAT PAINT.
Yes, you can paint flat paint over satin paint as long as the surface is properly prepared and primed.
Can I paint semi gloss over flat paint? Thanks!Barbara Phillips
Flat Black
flat black including a coating that contains carbonyl iron ferrite (special paint using this material is known as "iron ball" paint).
yes
If you have the satin, you can add flat paint and take some of the sheen off. This would have to be done before application. It will never be a true flat though.
dont use can spray paint it wont hold up to gasoline. paint does not have any paint hardener in it
If you just want to protect the paint that you put on, any wax will do. Hard Shell wax is best. If you want to being out a shine, that's going to be hard with a flat black paint. Try a little rubbing compound with a lot of water. Wax after that.
