Most fruit juice drinks contain high amounts of sugars. These sugars are immediately converted to acids by bacteria in your mouth. Those acids can cause tooth decay. So, the short answer is 'Yes, fruit juice can be harmful to your teeth.'

However, the single most important factor in whether or not fruit juice is harmful to teeth is time. The amount of time the fruit juice is in the mouth determines how much is converted to acid.

For instance, if an infant is put down to nap with a bottle of fruit juice, there is a very real possibility that the teeth will be exposed to harmful acids for the entire nap. This can lead to a severe condition known as 'nursing bottle syndrome.'

On the other hand, if the baby is given fruit juice only during meal times and drinks water all the rest of the day, the juice will quickly dissipate and the acid levels will drop quickly, causing little or no harm.

Any juice that reads "100% juice" Just as long as it doesn't have any high fructose syrup in it you'll be fine. The most important thing is to drink juice in moderation. 100 % fruit juice will have a lot of natural sugar which is much better for your body as opposed to high fructose corn syrup. If you are avoiding sugar in juice to protect your teeth then you should be aware that fruit juices are quite acidic and can damage the enamel on your teeth.

If you had 100 mL of juice how many milliliters would be fruit juice?

To determine how many milliliters of fruit juice are in 100 mL of juice, you would need to know the percentage of fruit juice in the mixture. For example, if the juice is 50% fruit juice, then there would be 50 mL of fruit juice in the 100 mL of juice. Without this percentage, it's impossible to specify the exact amount of fruit juice.
