its doesnt really hurt, but it all depends on you and where you get it done
IF you get it done professionally it will only hurt for about 10minutes and go red,
If you do it yourself you will feel a sharp pain that will last about 40minutes

∙ 12y agoGet anything pierced will hurt. Your body's natural reaction to having an object shoved through it is by no means pleasure. Just how much it hurts depends entirely on you pain tolerance and will therefor differ from person to person. Make sure to treat the new holes to avoid infection or irritation as this will cause it to be sore quite a bit longer.
