Well all piercings involve some discomfort an minor split second pain. It comes down to your mind set, if you really want the piercing pain is not an option and should not deter you from getting what you want. Mind over matter, if you don't mind the pain doesn't matter.

Does having a lip pierce hurt?
I would assume that it would. It hurt to get my ears pierced so a lip piercing may hurt a little more. - - - I am 14 and I just had my lip done two days ago. It really doesn't hurt its a slight pinch when they put the needle through, nothing to worry about really ( : I had my lower left done and my friend had her upper right done hers hurt a bit more than mine but not exactly painful. I have had my ears done also. Two times at the top and once at the bottom and the top is the most painful piercing. They usually put this numbing spray on the inside of the selected area that you wish to have pierced and and icepack on the outer lip. The only thing that you might find annoying is that you lip swells up and might take up to 2 weeks in some cases for it to calm down but usually only takes a couple of days and their might be yellow puss but that's normal. I'm sure if you have it done they will explain everything but really it doesn't hurt. I hope this helps

my mate had the top of her belly button pierced and said it was like a little sting and then got the bottom done and said it only hurt a little more then the top so i doubt it hurts that much

Not sure about the top but i got mybottom lip pierced and im not gonna lie it hurt not too bad i didnt cry or anything but everyone had told me it just felt like a pinch...but they lied it was more like five pinches all at once its ok if you can stand the pain cause after the piercings over with theres no more pain at all!

It doesn't hurt that much. Getting the top of your ear hurts more. If you're afriad of needles, you probably shouldn't be getting your eyebrow pierced.
Does it hurt to get your cartlage pierced which is the top of your ear?
I have my cartilage pierced and everyone said it would hurt SO much.. but i wanted it done so i did it anyways lol. & honestly to get it pierce it doesnt hurt.. you will obviously feel a little pinch but that's normal. After you get it done your ear will hurt for a while though.. you probably wont be able to sleep on which ever side you get pierced for about a month. After a month my ear was completely fine.. just make sure you clean it at least 3 times everyday. :)

If you are ugly, any size is OK, If you are a pretty girl, dont damage what the big fella up top gave you in the first place. Beauty is not putting junk in your face or body. PLEASE HAVE A RETHINK. it depends on where you go, i got my lip pierced 2 weeks ago and they just put a cbr in. it is 14 gauge, most lip piercings are 14 or 16. hope i helped.
I got my navel pierced about 4 days ago and its a little red around the top hole and there was a tiny bit of puss last night but it doesnt hurt when I touch it so is it okay or is it getting infected?
just take your navel ring out it may be getting infected

No, i have top and bottom, when you get them on in the first week or so it hurts and your teeth feel fragile so just stick to soft foods, but when you are getting it done it doesn't hurt at all!

Not really. If you get a piercing gun to do it, the snap of the gun is the only thing that scares you.Afterward it may hurt a little but youll survive. If you get a needle through, that hurts a bit more. And same thing it hurts a bit after being done.
