Please note that it is NOT POSSIBLE to go faster than the speed of light in a vaccum. It probably never will be possible.
However, since you didn't specify "vacuum", the answer is basically "yes" - and this has actually been observed. A particle that goes faster than the speed of light in the medium in which it is travelling will slow down, and in doing so, it will emit Cherenkov radiation. For more details, see the Wikipedia article on Cherenkov radiation.
add a faster relay
YES
A Relay [LOL]

You can't make a cave disapear. You can light up caves with flash, and that's about it.
get the item flash
a regular light bulb-no.
flash is not fast. end of story. when I stream from hulu it eats the cpu. and there is no 11 , the current release is 10.1
yes
a plant in the dark will grow faster but it's not going to last long because it does not have sunlight. sunlight is what make a plant grow and it would not be the same because it does not have chlorphyll so it will not be green. so we will know it going to be a different color.
What do you mean, make it faster? In a vacuum, light travels at only one speed. There is no way to make it faster or slower. In other materials, light is usually slower. There are instances where it is actually measured to be faster, but it is generally believed that this can't be used to transfer matter, energy, or information, faster than the speed of light.
I doubt flash is going anywhere fast, it's the easiest way to make animations IMO
