Gold is an element, so pure gold would not have any oxygen or silicone associated with it.

Gold doesn't oxidize (rust) easily

Gold is frequently used in various alloys (different karats). Typically silver, copper, and various rare metals are used in the gold alloys.

However, one can purchase silicon bronze. And, yes, there are equivalent silicon-gold alloys.

Also note, while pure gold doesn't tarnish or oxidize to any appreciable extent, gold alloys can... for example gold/copper alloys can tarnish.

Which two elements do oxygen and silicon contain?

Oxygen and Silicon are elements in their own right. They do NOT contain aanything else. However, Silicon and Oxygen can combine to form the molecule 'Silicon Dioxide' ( SiO2 ), of which is sand on the beach is an impure form, mixed with oxides of other elements.

SiO2 is a macromolecule. Each silicon atom is covalently bonded to four oxygen atoms and each oxygen atom is covalently bonded to two silicon atoms.

How many silicon and oxygen atoms in silicon-oxygen?

"silicon-oxygen" is essentially meaningless. Silica contains silicon and oxygen in the proportion 1:2, so is sometimes called "silicon dioxide", but it doesn't exist in the form of individual SiO2 molecules; they're bonded to each other in a large network.

Is a silicon - oxygen bond polar?

A silicon-oxygen bond is considered polar due to the difference in electronegativity between silicon and oxygen. Oxygen is more electronegative than silicon, causing a partial negative charge on oxygen and a partial positive charge on silicon.
