There are big grinders that grind up water and you get ground water. That is what happened in New Orleans they lost their power and they couldn't grind the water into ground water so it flooded.
groundwater
Groundwater Precipitation.
an aquifer
Can, yes. Must, no.
Groundwater that is not otherwise fossil groundwater forms part of the "water table".
Groundwater flow is affected by factors such as the permeability of the rock or sediment through which it moves, the slope of the water table, and the presence of fractures or faults that may enhance or restrict flow. Human activities, such as pumping water from wells or constructing barriers like dams, can also influence groundwater flow patterns.
A hydrogeoligist is a someone who studies groundwater movement through rock and soil. Hydrogeology is an area of geology that is focused on groundwater systems.
Aquifer.
idk... i need to know too. someone please help. my guess is no.... because permeable rock is rock that can be easily passed through.
Through porous rock mostly. Also through caves and cracks in the rock.
its definetly permeable

"Groundwater flow is the movement of water that travels and seeps through soil and rock underground. Stored in cavities and geologic pores of the earth's crust, confined groundwater is under a great deal of pressure. Its upper part is lower than the material in which it is confined. Unconfined groundwater is the term for an aquifer with an exposed water surface."
