Having blonde hair does not make one brain damaged and a correlation has never been made between any hair color and intelligence.A perfect example would be my wife....She is much smarter than I am, and her hair is blonde while my hair is brown.
hair coloring is temporary you can just wash it off and it doesnt effect your hair (only if you use it every day) hair die some times can be permanent and you cant wash it for a number of weeks however it does damage your hair your hair turns whiter quickly ;)

Depends on what color hair you have. If you have black most colors will go with it, just choose your favorite. Same with brown. You could always compliment the blond with about anything, bright or dark. If you have a dyed rainbowy color check out the color wheel. Anything opposite of it usually compliments it. Like red=greed and blue=yellow. Or just anything that looks good to you
No, hair does not wrap around your brain. The brain is protected by the skull, and hair grows from the hair follicles on the scalp.
Their hair little by little pulls out their brain juice as they grow... Hence the color and stupidity
