No, 'Harpie Lady Sisters' is a regular Effect monsters and goes in the main deck.
Yes, it is. It is considered a Harpie Lady at all times, even while in hand, even for the purposes of the 3 per deck rule in deck construction. If it is in the graveyard, then since it is a Harpy Lady, it can be special summoned with Hysteric Party.

Cyber Harpie Lady can be obtained in the "Dark Legends" booster pack.
Triangle Ecstasy SparkUntil the End Phase of this turn, the ATK of all "Harpie Lady Sisters" becomes 2700, your opponent cannot activate any Trap Cards, and the effect of every Trap Card on your opponent's side of the field is negated.
You can get a good deck of harpie ladys and the harpie lady sisters card as well as their support cards in the "LORD OF THE STORM" structure deck.
No, because then you'd have four cards called "Harpie Lady". Harpie Lady 1, 2, 3, and Cyber Harpie Lady are all counted as being "Harpie Lady" (along with the normal, regular Harpie Lady card), meaning you can only have three in any combination of the above cards. (Harpie Queen doesn't count, she only changes her name during play, she is not a Harpie Lady for the purposes of deck construction).
Yes you can. Proto-Cyber Dragon is only treated as Cyber Dragon when it is on the field. This is different than Harpie Lady 1, Harpie Lady 2, Harpie Lady 3, and Cyber Harpie Lady that are treated as "Harpie Lady" all the time and thus you can only use a combination of three of these cards per Deck and Side Deck combined. It is similar, however, to the Harpie Queen ruling. Harpie Queen is only treated as a "Harpie Lady" when it is on the field or in the Graveyard. It does not specify that it is always treated as such. Because of this, you can have up to three Harpie Queens and three Harpie Ladycombinations in your Deck and Side Deck combined. It is important to note that as of the March 2010 Forbidden/Limited Card List, Cyber Dragon has been Semi-limited. Therefore, a player can have up to two Cyber Dragons in their Deck and Side Deck combined.

You must. If there are no other cards in either player's m/t zones, then you must destroy Harpie's Hunting Ground?
Look at this deck, I made it myself. I will improve it once they get more support cards for Harpies but this is a pretty awesome deck and I havent lost with it yet.____________________________________________________________"Harpie Lady" needs a good deal of support, but fortunately there are plenty out there for it. Before going on, just remember that the cards "Cyber Harpie Lady", "Harpie Lady 1", "Harpie Lady 2", and "Harpie Lady 3" all are treated as "Harpie Lady"; so you can only have a combination of three of these cards per deck."Harpie Lady 1"- This card is searchable via "Flying Kamakiri #1" and gives your WIND monsters a nice boost of ATK. However, a 1600 ATK monster on its own its pretty fragile and there will be other cards to protect it."Flying Kamakiri #1"- To search for "Harpie Lady 1"."Harpie Queen"- This card is only treated as "Harpie Lady" on the field and Graveyard so you can include three of this card in addition to "Harpie Lady 1". You now have a total of six "Harpie Lady" cards and a 1900 ATK beatstick too. Plus, it searches out for "Harpies' Hunting Ground"."Harpies' Hunting Ground"- A small ATK boost for your Winged-Beast monsters and provides Spell/ Trap destruction. A word of caution though, when you summon a "Harpie Lady" you MUST destroy a Spell/ Trap. if this field card is the only one on the field, then you will have to destroy it."Raiza the Storm Monarch"- It's big (2400 ATK) and has the benefit of "spinning" any card on field to the top of the owner's deck. Plus, since this effect doesn't destroy anything, it can get past "Stardust Dragon"!"Icarus Call"- A simple inclusion thanks to many of the monsters here being Winged-Beasts. This card can target Monsters and Spells/ Traps. Try using this if your monster would be destroyed since it would have been a goner anyway."Hysteric Party"- After discarding those "Harpie Queen"s and losing some "Harpie Lady 1"s, this is a potential late-game comeback. All that is required is to discard one card and maybe that card can be another "Harpie" to Special Summon."Sangan"- It searches out "Harpie Lady 1" and "Flying Kamakiri #1"."Harpie's Pet Baby Dragon", "Elegant Egotist" and "Birdface" are up to you to include. With the cards here and other that you include, you'll basically have a very aggressive and destructive WIND-Attribute deck. The point of keeping your "Harpie Lady 1" around is to buff up the other monsters you'll be summoning and destroy any threats that will stop you from inflicting lots of damage. But with all of the destruction here, make sure not to include too many tribute monsters and cards that require a specific Attribute or Type to work as you may end up with a "dead" hand more often.
Cyber Harpie Lady can be obtained in the "Dark Legends" booster pack.
Harpie's Hunting Ground looks for single instances of Harpie Lady or Harpie Lady Sisters being summoned, it doesn't matter how many are summoned by that instance. If during a chain's resolution, two Harpie Lady cards are summoned at two different chain links, then Harpie's Hunting Ground sees two such instances and will activate its trigger-like effect twice. But if Hysteric Party resolves, summoning multiple Harpie Lady cards, this is just one single instance. It will only activate once.
