Haruhi (in a dress) in the carriage catches up to tamaki on a bridge and asks him to return to the host club. She reachs out her hand but the carriage rocks and she falls over the edge of the bridge. Tamaki jumps over and grabs her hand the embraces Haruhi as they fall into the river. He carries her (bridal style) out of the water and joins the host club again. Does he confess his love? Probably, I just forgot. As the credits roll it shows all of the host club members danceing with Haruhi and Mr. Suoh and Mr. Ootori talking about Haruhi and how they would like they would like their sons to marry her.
