yes you can have a uti during pregnancy
no. UTI's do not prevent pregnancy. They have nothing to do with your sexual reproductive system in terms of fertilization. If you have one, it should be treated immediately, because left untreated, it can spread to your kidneys and cause permanent damage. Any damage to the kidney is irreversible. I was born with bladder issues and I get UTI's all the time. Many times in my 23 years they went undetected because I am so use to them and learned to tolerate their symptoms, but twice i developed such bad kidney infections froms them I had to be hospitalized for days and given intravenous morphine because the pain was so unbearable to the point where I was thrashing and screaming (feels like kidneys are cycling poinsins and about to explode). If you are pregnant and get a UTI, you should get it treated immediately, because damage to your kidneys could mean damage to your baby, especially later in your pregnancy.
First, the infection itself shouldn't interfere with conception unless you're in such poor health with it that you can't have sexual intercourse! If you already have a urinary infection and are taking antibiotics, there's a theoretical possiblility of interference, but I wouldn't count on it. In general, the answer is "NO". Be aware, however, of the distinction between VENEREAL DISEASE and UTI or urinary tract infection. Some venereal infections can damage reproductive organs if untreated, leading to reproductive difficulties.
Yes.. one has nothing to do with the other.

It can but the likelyhood is probably very low. You should treat it right away though as UTI's have been linked to miscarriage if left untreated.

It is possible that pregnancy took place given the 5 days overdue. Having a UTI does not mean one is pregnant, although the risk for a UTI is increased during pregnancy. It is a matter of association, but not causality.
