Any time you subject the body to injury (intentional or unintentional) it's going to hurt to some extent the difference being that a piercing done by a professional body piercer is done quickly and cleanly and the pain is minimized.
A septum piercing is a type of nose piercing. The cartilage is not pierced but the gap between the bottom of the nose and cartilage is. Many have said that it does not hurt very much, but everyone's tolerance is different.

For most people after having their stomach pierced it wont hurt. However, some people may experience some pain. While it may not hurt right after having your body pierced, there could be some pain later on. I personally recommend that you don't rub/ lay anything over the area where you have been pierced as this has the potential to cause even more pain.
