The only way to compare these "energies" is if they are altered from the same source. Otherewise it's apples and Oranges. Take a 5 watt radio signal. Wether it's

AM or FM, it's still a 5 watt signal.

It means high energy. Among the low frequency, low energy EM (electromagnetic) waves are the radio waves; as compared to the very, very high energy X-rays and the ultra high energy Gamma Rays.

Yes, high frequency implies high pitch, such as notes produced by playing at the right-hand end of a piano keyboard. Similarly low frequency means low pitch, for example notes produced by playing at the left-hand end of a piano keyboard.

Sound is essentially vibration - something is jiggling back and forth, and if it jiggles back and forth 100 times every second we say that the frequency is 100 cycles per second, or 100 Hertz. (Named in honor 19th century scientist Heinrich Hertz). When the vibration reaches your ear (typically by travelling through the air) and sets parts of it vibrating, you hear a sound, if the frequency of the vibration is in the range which the ear is sensitive to.

There is no such thing as a "larger" frequency.

Frequency is the number of waves passing a point over a fixed unit of time. The variation is therefore described as higher (more waves) or lower (fewer waves).

The lower the frequency the lower the pitch.

The "largeness" of the wave, its amplitude, we perceive a loudness.

A high frequency wave always carries more energy.. but it gets weaker over longer distances

Yes, it does. A hire frequency sound has a higher pitch, but amplitude (loudness) is not necessarily affected. :)

Pitch is directly proportional to frequency.

So, yes, high pitch is equal to high frequency.
