no, using conditioner makes it soft after you use the shampoo, but if you want your hair straight i advise you to straighten it.

No, there is no shampoo that can straighten your hair. But you can use some shampoos that will manage and give a better shine to your hair. In this case i am using bumble and bumble shampoo and conditioner. But if your hair is not naturally straight, then it wont be straight with anything, just with straighteners.
