Yes: when you wet yourself for that reason, you have literally stretched your bladder to the point where nature is forced to take over and override your unreasonable efforts to hold back. Often, they are caused by the bullying and abusive behavior of others. But whatever the case, your body is defending itself. However, when you lose control, you do not completely void your bladder. So go and clean up in a lavatory and finish emptying your bladder there, even if your social embarrassment is preventing you from feeling the need. And don't force your body that far again!
