I believe you are asking 'is hot cocoa better hot or cold'. If you make 'hot cocoa' with cold milk the cocoa will not dissolve and you will end up with lumpy not very well mixed chocolate milk.
definetly milk!!! It gives it a more creamy taste!!!! and sometimes if you put water in it it is too watery.
Milk because it makes it more creamy.
with water instead
either
some can be ready made with powder milk but others are just cocoa powder and need milk poured into them.
Not necessarily. White Chocolate is made by using cocoa butter but not the cocoa solids. There is milk in it, but more sugar is added to make up the bulk. Dark chocolate can be either milk chocolate (chocolate made with milk, but with cocoa solids as well as cocoa butter) or plain chcocolate (chocolate made with cocoa solids and cocoa butter but without milk). If you add white chocolate to milk chocolate then the result will be a very sweet milk chocolate. If you add white chocolate to plain chocolate, the result will be a milk chocolate
With cocoa paste, sugar and milk.
Dark chocolate is just the cocoa powder with few other ingredients. Milk chocolate has more milk and some cocoa butter to make it more milky, hence the name. White chocolate is made out of just cocoa butter, hence its white appearance. :-D
Many people enjoy milk chocolate. It is made from cocoa butter, sugar, powdered milk, flavoring, and chocolate liquor. Milk chocolate is sweeter than dark chocolate.
cocoa and milk
The milk becomes cocoa flavoured.
All chocolate is made up of the same ingredients, cocoa mass, cocoa butter and the extra milk and sweetener. The difference is that white chocolate contains very little or no cocoa liquor at all, where as dark chocolate contains a lot. Cocoa liquor is the mixture of cocoa oil and ground cocoa seeds.
The cocoa powder is the solute, and the milk is the solvent.- - - - -Cocoa powder doesn't dissolve in milk. It forms a "suspension." The milk is a carrier.
it makes it taste better and it is cold
Chocolate is made from cocoa butter, cocoa powder, sugar, dairy products, food additives, etc.
Baking cocoa has no sweetner in it. It's extremely bitter. Chocolate cocoa is generally in a mix and already has sugar and the like. It's meant for drinking and not baking. Also Baking chocolate has more of the cocoa fat in it. Drinking cocoa has been processed to remove much of the fat.
