I am pro in CS field, and speaking of good computer, HP laptops are not a good choice. For it is too hot, and you know, once laptop got too hot, it shut down. It is a common problem for HP, and they never fix it in DV series. There are millions of people talking about how HP sucks these day. Remember, HP has never been in the top line.
OR, you can buy a DV with i3 which is less hot.
