Depends on the specifications of the limo. Hummer never made limos - an aftermarket manufacturer took a base Hummer and stretched it.

The Hummer was manufactured in the United States by AM General until 1998 when GM bought the brand. After that the Hummer H2, & H3, were built on GM civilian vehicle platforms. The Humvee H1 or original Hummer was still built by AM General. In 2010 the last Hummer rolled off the assembly line in Shreveport, La. The Hummer is no longer in production.
