On a large scale, hydrogen has a lot of economic value as mentioned above. It is a non polluting gas and is very combustible. Studies say that maybe in a few years, hydrogen can replace the other energy sources. It is used in balloons, light bulbs, chemical preparation of water, machines etc. Hydrogen has a lot of capacity and if harnessed properly, it can produce a lot of energy.
