Well, somewhat. The iOS 4 has folders and multi-tasking features, though it uses up the battery of the device more quickly. iOS 4.0.2 has a safer security system, however, it disables jailbreaking. Dear, I strongly recommend not upgrading to 4.0.2, due to the fact that doing so will disable jailbreaking.
