nahhh! dont use hand soap or body soap or shampoo to clean ur face lol!! some facial soaps may dry out ur skin and just increase acne. Personally, i use Spectrogel!! Its the best soap eeevvvver for ur face! u know why?? this soap doesnt have parfume. Those things dry out ur skin and create acne. Make sure that the soap ur using is JUST RIGHT FOR UR SKIN TYPE! I have always liked Ivory soap and never have had any problems with it, but I follow with a night cream every night, so if your skin is dry I would suggest you try that. Skin changes as we age and I have found that every 5-10 years I have to adjust my soaps/creams to what is happening with my skin.
