Yes, the MacBook comes with a built in webcam on the top of the computer screen.
i need help activating my builtin webcam
It'll get ON automatically when you open any program which needs to access the webcam. Eg: Yahoo messenger Video Call, Skype video call. Provided the drivers are properly installed and updated.
You go to start, search HP Webcam, and hopefully it will come up in results. Click it and the webcam will come up. If not, maybe it's in the manual. Good luck :P
Your webcam should have come with it's own software. If it didn't, then follow the instructions that came with it. If you don't have them, then try searching the internet for that specific webcam..
There are many different types of webcam security for computers available on the market. However, most webcam's come with built-in security features and options.
Your webcam should come with instructions. Generally webcams today connect via the USB port. You will plug in the webcam and it will be detected by your operating system. Then you will insert the driver disc that comes with the webcam to install the drivers. Then your webcam is ready to use.

If you have an HP then go to HP Media Smart. Your HP should come with it. Once you bring it up you'll find the picture that says webcam. Click on it and it will bring up everything you can do with your webcam. If you don't have an HP go to My Computer and do a search for webcam. A few things will come up click on them till you find the webcam. That's how I found out about HP Media Smart.

My HP G72-227wm did not come with a built in webcam. I can only assume that your laptop also came with some software pertaining to a built-in webcam that does not exist. The model does, however have a built in microphone.
