All the DSi is doing is connecting to your wireless router, a service which you are already paying for. Unless you have a pay-as-you-go service (almost unheard of for broadband), there is no additional charge for using the DSi.



If you pay £10 a month for your wireless service for example, then it's still £10 no matter how many devices you connect to it - laptops, PCs, Nintendo DS, PSP's, etc, just as long as you don't go over your monthly usage allowance. They are not like mobile phones who connect to a carrier service, and are sometimes charged per minute usage.
