Chelonians have no teeth, just a beak. Tortoises will not bite you, it is turtles you should worry about. My tortoise has only bit me accidentally while I hand fed him and he didn't see my finger. It's a very, very hard pinch that hurts quite a bit.

Depends if your sensitive or not. To me, it feels like a little nibble. But if you threaten a Guinea pig, they can go full-force bite on you. Just yesterday, I was feeding my guinea pig some spinich and I got to close to the spinich so it bite me, but it didn't bring blood. If you have a baby guinea pig, then it can hurt because their teeth hasn't been used to chew yet, bigger guinea pigs wont hurt as bad.
