How do you view a picture on the PlayStation 3?
Well.. if you have already added the picture to your ps3, then go to the playstation home screen (the screen right when you open your playstation) and go under the category that says "Photo." Under this category you will be able to see all of your photos that you have copied to your playstation. If you would like to view a photo larger, then click on the one you wish to view and it will appear on your entire tv. Once you have it on your entire tv, you can then change it to your background on your playstation home!! You do this by clicking on the triagle button on your controller, and then once you see the options above you picture, go to the one that says "set as wallpaper."

Yes. On a standard tv the picture isn't very good. Wheras on a hd television the image will be sharper and clearer.

Playstation models don't support the use of S-Video cables. All models use standard A/V connections and the Ps 2 and 3 support component cables. The only model supporting HDMI is the Playstation 3 model.

Yes, in order to get a better picture. You can use it on a TV that is not HD but the picture would not be as good.
