It pinches slightly. It depends on your pain threshold. If you scream in pain and pass out from something like a tiny paper cut, i would not recommend it. On the other hand, if you trip and skin your knee up and sit up and say "ouch, the kinda stings a little bit" you should be perfectly fine. Happy Piercing!

∙ 14y agoYou need to know that not every piercer will pierce cheeks, they are a very problematic piercing with permanent scarring and permanent facial damage. In almost every studio you need to be a adult to get cheek piercings done, due to the risk factors involved. All piercings hurt, only momentarily but they all hurt, that's some thing you will need to deal with on your own.
