Heck yea, but you get used to it. It's painful to be beautiful!!! ------------------------------------------- Yes and no i have a VERY high tolerance for pain so it doesn't hurt that bad, but it doesn't feel like heaven either. the way to stop the pain is to pluck it faster or get it done professionally its not that expensive and u only have to do it like once a month

∙ 14y agoI got mine done in a salon for the first time on Saturday... I'm not going to lie and say its painfree but it's not as bad as you would think. They should put some cream stuff on after to reduce the stinging.

∙ 9y agoEyebrow waxing is a painful process especially if you are doing for the first time. However once you get familiar with the process, pain will gradually come down over a period of time. Every time when you uproot eyebrow hair, growth rate will come down drastically and also they will not come out thicker.
If you are worried about the pain or waxing it for the first time, then go for a good quality numbing product (Spray or Cream).

∙ 12y agoIt hurts the first few time you do it, but after a while it just becomes routine and doesn't really hurt much at all. It feels similar to if you have ever gotten tape stuck on your skin and then ripped it off.

∙ 12y agoit hurts very bad, i recommend threading. waxing is a burn and a pull when threading is a minor pinching feeling. and your brows will come out neater rather than waxing.
