Well. Pain is subjective. But, personally, it hurt. Then again, I did it myself with a needle, so I went slower than a professional piercer would. But, still, it hurt quite a bit. It was swollen for a few days as well, but nothing too bad. Pain is all about how much of it you can handle, but it will make your eyes water a little bit.
