If there are lines coming from the transmission to the radiator, it has a cooler in the radiator. If there are lines from the transmission to an external heat exchanger, that would be an auxiliary cooler.

It should not matter as one is pressure and the other is return from the transmission oil cooler.
The transmission cooler lines are located coming from the radiator on the bottom. One is for the sending and the other for return. The lines are high pressure, just as your radiator hoses are when the car is running. The lines go from the radiator to the top of the transmission.
If it is a manual transmission you do not have transmission cooler lines. If its an automatic they will be on one side of the radiator and you can follow them to the tranny from there.
Cooler lines should fit.Check and see if you have a 904 or 727 transmission. It should work fine, Good luck.
Check the transmission cooler and cooling lines for a blockage. It is quite possible the cooler is plugged.
Most oil cooler lines run from the transmission to the radiator and can easily be seen from under the vehicle.
