It's important to go church, because you get to know about God. Plus you get examples on the things you don't understand. You get to know people who want to do right and have a special relationship with God. And you'll be surround by people who will love you no matter what you've done. Plus when you go you'll be amazed by the something's that will happen to you afterwards. Also, It is a time of worship...you go to thank God for the MANY wonderful gifts and talents and blessings he gives you everysecond. He loves when we praise His awesome Name...Jesus Christ our Lord...God's Son.

∙ 12y agoAnswer It is both yes and no, I don't go to church on Sundays but only at Christmas i do. So basically i would say, Both. Answer God gave free will to every man, with that there comes freedom of choice. Some people find faith early, others later an for some not at all. For those that have faith in God what ever their religion, feel it is important to go to church (for spiritual reasons and for fellowship). Answer Yes you should go to church a christian church for that matter. And you should also make sure your relationship with god is right. So please go to church whenever you can and make sure it's a baptist church such as lighthouse baptist or landmark baptist. Answer In Christianity salvation (going to heaven) relys on a personal relationship with God through Jesus NOT on your attendance figures at a particular place/institution of worship. If attendance was compulsory the thief on the cross next to Jesus wouldn't have been able to get to heaven, as he never went to church before he died, not even once! The early diciples did not have a church to worship in, the met in each others houses, under trees or in secret whan the Romans were after them. Going to church does make it easier to have a personal relationship with God because you will (hopefully) be taught some good theology and be surrounded by people who are trying to follow Jesus too, good habits rub off
