I am so glad you asked this question. I used to have exactly the same dream, always on a thursday. When I asked my friends if they had this dream too, some of them said yes and some of them said no, but I could tell bythe way that they looked at me that they really did have this dream and were afraid to talk about it. My advice is not to worry too much. Have your brain removed by a competent which doctor / Priest and you will feel much better. Take two becks before going to bed.
