No, dreaming about someone does NOT mean that you belong to that person in any way or in any sense. If someone has told you this, you should avoid that person completely. Such false claims can only lead to your being harmed.
Dreams have no power or magic. Your dreams are produced by your own mind, nothing else. No other person, group or power can control your dreams. No one can "walk" into your dreams. Such people can SUGGEST things to you, and it is your willingness to believe such things that cause your dreams. Nothing else.
You do not belong to anyone but yourself.
If someone is telling you that you belong to them, or is trying to get you to do things that you know are wrong, PLEASE talk with an adult who cares about you and whom you trust. A friendly teacher or a counselor at your school would be good adults to talk to. A counselor will have heard lots of strange stories and will know how to help you.
