yes. There is alot of rain in spring because you need the rain to grow your flowers in your garden. in order to do that you need rain!!!!

Yes. Why wouldn't it rain in Spring. If there was no rain the flowers are going to die out which means no beautiful smells coming from the flowers :[ :[
