Well for example if you bought Microsoft points in India and then you came to the United States And Tryed to put it in your American Xbox 360 you might have to change your Xbox LIVE Account to American. Or you can ask the people in the store if the Microsoft Points work in America or even Contact Microsoft if Indian Microsoft Points will work in the United States i think contacting Microsoft is the best way. Well there's this thing called business and if Microsoft points were free, Xbox would be out of it. If you really want to save your money for some points, win a contest or giveaway and you may get lucky. Items worth money aren't given away for free like that. It would be like asking "How do you get $20 for free?" when in truth, the only way to get it is through hard work. Sorry to tell you, there is no such thing as free Microsoft points.
