No, child support ends at age 18 or graduates from high school, but not further than age 19.
I hate to say it, but, yes, you are paying child support until the kid is out of college.
your child attends community college when will support stop
None. Since the "child" is 18 and an adult the parent no longer needs to pay child support. You may wish to help your child while in college, but it is not mandatory.
The terms of the current support agreement dictate when financial support of a biological or legally adopted child should terminate. The legal age of majority for the state is 18. But, in some cases the support order will override that age and order the non custodial parent to continue payment until the child reaches a specified age or finishes (within reason) his or her education.
Only if written into the order. See links below
It depends on how the CS orders are written - if they are written to include support while the child attends college, then you pay until you hit the cut off. If college was not stipulated in the orders - you need to pay until the child finishes High School and turns 18.
not unless it is back support...you have to motion the court to have it stopped
At the age of 18 a person has all of the rights of an adult with the possible exception of the ability to purchase and drink alcohol or rent a car. If the parent is paying child support this could also end that responsibility with the exception being if the child attends college it may be required that the parent continue financial support.
Pennsylvania does not currently have that law.
Patients require support from their healthcare team, family, and friends to continue the lifestyle changes they implemented during the rehabilitation period.
Only as a provision of the order. see link
That depends on individual state laws. About a dozen do require it, a few also require paying for the college education. see link
Most times the agreement is that the child will be supported through college. If they turn 18 and do not continue with school, then child support ends.
