No Lamb chops dont have kidneys because they are a part of the lamb. Which is an animal itself so if the question was writen wrong and instead the person who was asking meant if Lambs have kidney then yes Lambs do have kidneys, but lamb chops dont.I was asked a similar question because someone I know believed that the "kidney" lamb chop had a part of the lamb's kidney attached to it. The answer is of course no. The kidney lamb chop is a "chop" containing bone. The kidney is of course an internal organ with no bones.
