To enjoy the natural rights afforded by the common law that existed at the time the United States was formed. That does not mean anything goes. Rather, the civil law as it was applied in England (and North America) during the last quarter of the 1700's would be the starting point for determining the blessings of liberty. Simply stated: if the personal freedom you assert were allowed by law in 1787, then it should be encompassed within the phrase: secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity.
In the United States we are at liberty to do anything we choose, within the bounds of the law.
If you are found guilty of breaking a criminal law it certainly can be contradictory to YOUR liberty.
