No. Lead is poisonous, but the flu is caused by influenza viruses. Exposure to lots of lead could possibly make you more susceptible to other illness but it is indirectly related, if at all.

Lead pollution is very serious and can cause serious damage and illness to exposed children and adults, however. It causes lung disease, toxic effects leading to kidney or liver damage, damage to the brain and nervous system and other affects on various body systems via air pollution, water pollution and ingestion of lead paint usually by children living in old houses.
