The people who have the most to gain from allowing undocumented individuals to vote say it does.

The truth is that of course it's intentional discrimination ... it's intentionally discriminating against people who shouldn't be allowed to vote in the first place because they're not actually citizens. And also against people who'd like to vote more than once in the same election.
