I suggest lightening the tone of your blonde hair with lemon juice, if it's a darker blonde. Bleach is a very strong product on your hair and damages it completely, or can make your hair fall out. I would not use it if I can lighten it with lemon juice or dye it to the blonde you want.
There are a number of products in the home that have skin lightening properties and they don't have to be expensive either! Lemon juice applied directly to the skin each night and washed off after about 15 minutes. You will see a more even skin tone in just a few weeks. You can also make a paste out of turmeric powder and lime juice - apply this nightly and wash off after 30 minutes. Again, you should see results in a few weeks too. Potatoes and cucumber also have skin lightening properties and you can incorporate them into your skin care regimen. There's a VERY good recipe on eHow for making skin lightening cream at home.
